Today we have had great fun wearing 'Something Funny for Money!' for Red Nose Day! Well done everyone!
We took part in ‘The Big Litter Pick’ initiative from Keep Britain Tidy. Gladly litter is not a major issue at Studham, however it was quite fascinating to see how many bits of plastic were found. They have been recycled and the children are as keen as ever to continue with this initiative over the coming months.
What a wonderful spring morning to spend at St Mary's Church, Studham.
Today we learnt what it takes to become an Eco School, Caring for God's creation.
The children from Woodpecker Class showed our families, friends and Governors just what it takes to become an Eco School through CARE!
Thank you to all our Pupils, Staff, Choir Members and the Church.

Our School Choir visited Knoll House, Studham this week to sing carols and to wish all those that live and work there a very 'Merry Christmas'
The Choir presented a framed picture of a 'Studham Snowy Tree' where the snow was made up of all the pupils and staff fingerprints.
We hope we brought some festive cheer to all those who attended.
We at Studham Village CE Academy are all saddened to hear of the passing of Her Majesty The Queen.
It is wonderful that the Queen's steadfast and unwavering public service is so readily and widely recognised, valued and now, sadly missed. Following the recent Platinum Jubilee celebrations which brought the Queen closer to many - including all our children, who learnt so much about her through many school projects - her loss will be felt across the generations.
The children today have all contributed to a book of condolences that we will be passing on to the Royal Family.
As the country is entering a period of mourning we have taken the decision to cancel our Autumn Fayre on 17th September.
The Royal Family will be in our thoughts and prayers over the next coming weeks. We will keep you informed should any events be applicable to our school.
As Paddington so succinctly tweeted; 'Thank you Ma'am for everything'.
