We celebrated, we gave thanks, shared thoughts and we remembered...... VE DAY 2025.
Today in our Church Service we were gifted a beautiful cross made by a member of the Parish. After much thought about the recycling ethos of the school, the creator upgraded a no longer used stand of coal fire tools! What an wonderful idea and just look at the result! We send lots of love and heartfelt thanks to the creator Reg x
This year’s Easter Play was
Save Our Planet!
An Eco-friendly themed play about the planet Zarkonia.
It begins with the planet slowly dying because of the fumes and pollution coming from planet Earth. When two Zarkonians, Zak and Zorg, visit Earth, they meet three children who have been learning about ways to improve the environment.
With some help from a celebrity, the Earth and planet Zarkonia both become better places, saving their planets and everything on it!!
The children of Woodpecker Class have been hard at work preparing for their parts as well as creating all the scenery, props and programmes too in their art and design lessons.
The play has also helped inspire some amazing writing where they have proven themselves to be excellent playwrights!
With such an important message to us all, their performances were amazing!
We are all very proud of you!
