• SVCEA Students represent school at ‘Flourishing Leaders, Flourishing Schools’ Church of England Conference. Hackney, London.

  We are so thrilled that three of our pupils sang today as part of the DSAMAT Primary Choir at the ‘Flourishing Leaders, Flourishing Schools’ Church of England Conference in Hackney, London. They totally smashed it (even with the 6am start) Along with pupils from the other 13 MAT schools they performed three iSingPOP songs to open the conference in front of over 200 delegates!!! After months of rehearsals the DSAMAT Primary Choir really excelled, filling the Hackney church with a beautiful sound. Well done we are super proud of you all!!!

  Today our children and staff enjoyed their annual Christmas lunch with all the trimmings! Wearing our festive jumpers really made us feel extra christmassy!

  

• It's Panto time again!!!!-Oh yes it is!!!!!

  What a fantastic time we had at the local Grove Theatre Panto…. Oh yes we did!!!

  The children (and adults!!) loved the show and truly got involved in all the songs and cast interactions!!!

   

    …..and Governor Geoff was once again the star of the show as ‘Dame Madame Flops’ love interest!!! What a great sport he was……and a rather good ‘Ken’ too!!!!

• Happy Birthday your Majesty!

  King Charles is 76 years old today, Thursday November 14th 2024.

   

  As monarch, King Charles III has two birthdays – just like his late mother, Queen Elizabeth II, did.

   

  King Charles has carried on the tradition of Trooping the Colour, which dates all the way back to 1748. As a result, he does indeed mark two birthdays – the official one, which traditionally takes place on a Saturday in June, and his actual date of birth, on November 14.

   

  This year, King Charles will spend his birthday working to support the Coronation Food Project.

   

  All at Studham Village CE Academy wish his Majesty King Charles a very Happy Birthday!!!!

  

• Congratulations Mrs Colliass on your achievement!

  Please join us in congratulating Mrs Colliass who has been studying for a Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner qualification.

   

  Mrs Colliass has achieved a Merit with two Distinctions! 

   

  The  EYLP Level 5 is a work-based programme  for highly skilled professionals where they can further their knowledge on child development, learning and development  and  leading practice. 

   

  "I have really enjoyed this learning journey and the new skills that I have gained have definitely enhanced my Early Years practice."
