Asda is making millions of pounds available to donate to primary schools across the UK through their ‘Cashpot for Schools’ initiative. To support our school, all you have to do is opt-in through the Asda Rewards app, shop and scan in store or shop online at Asda.com.

Between 2^nd September and 30^th November 2024 – every time you shop with Asda using your Asda Rewards app, Asda will donate 0.5% of the value of your shop to your chosen Primary school. Also, every time somebody opts-in to support our Primary school, Asda will give an additional £1 to the school Cashpot. Plus, it doesn’t stop there – Asda are also giving £50 to every school to get them started.

The supermarket has joined forces with Joe Wicks to support the initiative – look out for the TV advert, radio ads and social media coverage!

It’s as easy as 1,2,3

1. Download the Asda Rewards app, register and opt-in to Cashpot for Schools (make sure you have the latest version of the app installed)

2. Choose our Primary School – either searching by name or postcode

3. Shop instore across Asda and George, or online at Asda.com and start filling your Cashpot as you shop

Asda does the rest, all money raised will be donated to schools to spend on the things they need the most. We are aiming to spend our donations on xxxx

Remember, anyone can sign up – so start spreading the news and raising funds for our school.

This initiative is on top of the existing Asda Rewards benefits you get as a shopper – so you won’t lose out on any of your own earnings or Cashpot, so everyone is a winner!

Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Staff Visit 2024

Wellbeing, tree hugging, tree top walks and educational opportunities were the order of the day at Kew Gardens, London.

Our staff thoroughly enjoyed looking at all the educational opportunities available at this world renowned botanic garden in southwest London, which houses the largest and most diverse botanical and mycological collections in the world.

What a wonderful Leavers Service today!

Our Year 4 pupils spoke so warmly of their time at Studham and had us laughing through tears as they recounted memories of their time here!

They sang beautifully and shone as brightly as the sunshine over the playground as they received their gifts of amongst other things, 2024 School Leavers Hoodies, Booklets from Staff and Classmates, Awards from the Headteacher for their caring and school values and Bibles which were kindly donated to them by The Church of St Mary's, Studham.

Many thanks to Reverend Nichola for leading the service and to all the parents who came along. We hope you enjoyed seeing how amazing each and every year 4 pupil is, and what they mean to us here at Studham.

Farewell and Good luck to our Year 4’s as they move onto the next chapter in their academic journey!

Congratulations to the two pupils from Woodpecker Class who today received

THE FIRST EVER Studham Village CE Academy PLATINUM AWARDS!!!!!

To obtain a Platinum Award, pupils in Woodpecker Class need to accumulate One Hundred (that's 100!!!) Studham Stars for effort in the classroom.

What a fabulous achievement! Congratulations to both of you!!!!

Our School Trip to 'The Paddington Bear Experience' London.

What a fantastic trip to see The Paddington Bear Experience in London!

Starting with the double decker bus ride from school, to the immersive experience itself, our pupils had a wonderful day!

We were greeted by Mrs Brown, helped Mrs Bird in the kitchen, met 'lost' explorers and located oranges in deepest, darkest Peru before Paddington himself joined us to celebrate 'Marmalade Day' in style!

SVCEA Sports Afternoon

Today saw our school houses enjoy an afternoon of sports fun! Relays, egg and spoon, basket hoops, jumps and so much more was on offer! Our children showed great team work and Studham spirit throughout each event.

Our Hedgehogs too enjoyed their own sporting games!

We'd like to thank all our Parents and Carers for coming to watch and support the children in this activity and a big shout out to those Parents in the 'Draw Paddington Bear' race!

Finally congratulations to 'Engage' for winning the SVCEA Sports Cup 2024!
